
STUDIO POLICIES
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
We require 24-hour notice for all appointment cancellations at the studio. Please call or email us if you need to cancel your appointment before the 24-hour mark. Voicemail and email time stamps will be honored. If a session is cancelled after the 24-hour mark, the session will be forfeited and class credit deducted from your account or package.
We make every effort to maintain a healthy studio environment. If you are not feeling well, and are within the 24-hour window of your appointment, please reach out to us as we are willing to waive our policy in cases of illness.
Private Lesson Prerequisite
Prior to joining our group classes, one Private session is required for all new students at our studios. The Private session is $105 for a single session or may be purchased as part of a package of 8 ($760) or package of 12 ($1,080) private sessions.
The purpose of the private session is to acclimate you to our studio equipment and class formats and assess for any modifications you might need to safely join our group classes.
We are willing to waive the private lesson prerequisite for clients coming to the studio with a strong, consistent classical Pilates practice backgrounds, or visiting Pilates instructors or apprentices. If you feel you fall into one of these categories, please call or email the studio to have this requirement waived.
Socks Required in Studio
We require all students wear a pair of socks during sessions at our studio. Grip socks are recommended, but not required. Any socks will suffice.
Inclement Weather Policy
The safety of our staff and clients is our top priority. If we decide to close the studio for inclement weather, we will notify all clients registered for class no later than 2 HOURS PRIOR to their scheduled class start time. You will be notified via text message. In cases of predicted severe weather, we may make the decision to close or cancel classes earlier than this. If we decide to cancel classes due to a weather event, class and session credits will be returned to client accounts for future use. If we remain OPEN during inclement weather, but you do not feel safe commuting to the studio for your scheduled class, simply call or email us. We waive our 24-hour cancellation policy during inclement weather, and your class will be returned to your account.
